Job Description
- Provides administrative/operations support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Manage and pack products from online sales orders.
- Data entry such as keying in invoices, receipts and delivery notes.
- Update reports
- Manage phone calls and attend to incoming visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the office and maintenance of office equipment.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Words
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel VlookUp
- Able to Write in Simple English
- Team Player
- Able to Multi Task
- Attention to Details
Working Location, Day and Hours
- Office at Bedok Industrial Area
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday 08:30am to 12:30pm
