Job Description

  • Provides administrative/operations support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Manage and pack products from online sales orders.
  • Data entry such as keying in invoices, receipts and delivery notes.
  • Update reports
  • Manage phone calls and attend to incoming visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the office and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Words
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel VlookUp
  • Able to Write in Simple English
  • Team Player
  • Able to Multi Task
  • Attention to Details

Working Location, Day and Hours

  • Office at Bedok Industrial Area
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Saturday 08:30am to 12:30pm
