Quality Executive, Senior

The role will work closely with operations teams to maintain quality standards, address operational issues, support audits and ensure compliance with relevant company, customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality procedures, SOPs and documentation.
• Investigate quality issues, operational deviations and customer complaints.
• Work with operations teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits across warehouse processes.
• Maintain proper quality records and documentation.
• Support the implementation of process and operational changes.
• Support QHSE requirements, including safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Follow up on audit findings and non-conformities to ensure timely closure.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity and operational compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to operations staff on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing quality.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems and audit processes.
• Experience in quality investigations, corrective/preventive actions and audit management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience or training in ISO 13485, SS 620 GDPMDS and GxP principles will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work effectively with operations and other stakeholders.
