SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Support the company's sales and marketing activities for inbound tourism products, tour packages and travel services.

Responsibilities

• Promote inbound travel packages and tourism services.
• Generate new sales leads and business enquiries.
• Develop relationships with travel agencies and corporate customers.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
• Support digital and social-media marketing campaigns.
• Develop promotional content for travel products.
• Conduct customer and market research.
• Follow up on prospective customers and business leads.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with tourism partners.
• Maintain customer and sales databases.
• Monitor campaign and sales performance.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism or related discipline.
• Relevant sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is advantageous.
• Travel or tourism industry experience preferred.
