Support the planning and creation of content for social media and digital channels.

Plan and run digital and social media marketing campaigns and track their performance.

Work with regional and in-country teams to support marketing activities.

Create infographics and other visual content for digital platforms.

Conduct keyword research and support SEO/SEM activities.

Monitor and analyse website and digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics.

Review and improve website content, structure and navigation to enhance user experience.

Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and campaign results.

Keep updated on digital marketing trends and best practices across different markets.

Analyse user and channel data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support alumni engagement and online marketing activities.

Maintain the alumni database and support alumni-related campaigns.
