Brand & Communications Project Manager

This role sits within the Brand, Communications & Sustainability function and reports to the Vice President, Brand lead. The role plays an important part in bringing regional brand and communications strategies to life, helping to strengthen MSIG's brand presence and engagement across Asia.
Working closely with regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies, the individual will translate regional priorities into impactful content, campaigns, events, and digital experiences, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across markets and channels. The role offers broad exposure to regional brand and communications activities such as sports sponsorship initiatives, social media and websites, content and video production.
Please note that this is a 1-year contract role.
Responsibilities
Brand & Communications: Develop and deliver internal and external communications across campaigns, corporate communications, presentations, collateral, websites and social channels, including copywriting, video and content production.
Regional Project Management: Manage concurrent regional projects and workstreams, aligning objectives, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables, while anticipating dependencies and resolving issues.
Sports Sponsorship Activation and Optimisation: Plan and deliver regional activations across brand, communications, digital, social, customer and employee touchpoints, while helping markets leverage sponsorship rights and entitlements effectively to maximise value, visibility and cross-market opportunities.
Regional Market Enablement: Develop practical frameworks and resources that help local market teams execute regional initiatives consistently and adapt programmes effectively for local audiences.
Brand Governance & Quality: Maintain MSIG’s brand guidelines, reviewing content and visual assets, and support markets in applying the brand consistently and to a high standard.
Event Coordination: Support the delivery of webinars, regional calls, workshops and internal townhalls, coordinating logistics, invitations, materials and follow-up.
Agency Management: Develop clear briefs and co-manage creative, media and research agencies, overseeing deliverables, timelines and budgets.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
Relevant experience in a brand, communications, marketing or a related role
Demonstrated ability to manage varied, multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Experienced in supporting regional campaigns, partnerships, events or sponsorship activations
Strong regional coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and rally teams across Asia
Proven experience in briefing and managing creative, media and research agencies and constructively assessing the quality of work
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content tailored for different audiences and channels
Organised, detail-oriented and meticulous with a good creative eye
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and can work independently when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools would be advantageous, along with familiarity with creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Practical experience and a strong working knowledge of AI tools and platforms that enhance creativity and productivity would be ideal
