An L3 Expert has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions.

As an L3 of his/her team, he/she:

· Minimum 8-10 years of experience of OpenText tools“Operations Bridge Suite”, including the OMi, Sitescope, NNM, OA etc

· Develop various types monitoringpolicies using Perl, Visual Basic scripts.

· Expertise in languageslike Perl, Python, PowerShell.

· Creating the customdashboards as per the user needs.

· Customize the existingmonitoring policies and alerts as per user needs.

· Plan and execute theRFC related with monitoring deployments.

· Develop agentlessmonitoring policies in Sitescope.

· Upgrade and maintainthe monitoring tools and its integrations.

· Setup and fine tune themonitoring of monitoring.

· Trouble shoot and fixthe incidents created for monitoring within SLA.

· Execute the requestreceived for the monitoring within SLA.

· Participate on the“Problem Solving Sessions” and should provide solutions to mitigate theincidents proactively.

· Identify the areaswhere the operations can be automated and implement the same.

· Identify the areaswhere auto remediation can be done and implement the same.

· Guide and help L2engineers for executing their tasks/incident.

· Attend the daily andweekly meeting regularly.

Job specific environmentand/or organization

· Fluent English

· Workinghours will match Europe business hours

· On-call support will be expected on a rotational basis

Candidate profile

Mandatorytrack record

• Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Container as Service with about 2-3 years of experience in financial institutes
• Must be a bachelors/engineering graduate
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
• Customer service oriented and a strong team player
• Ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues
• French language proficiency would be seen as an advantage due to the nature of the Job.
