Marine Cargo Underwriting Executive #NKC

Review and prepare underwriting and renewal information.

Assess and underwrite Marine Cargo risks within approved guidelines and authority.

Prepare quotations and quotation slips for new and renewal business.

Handle queries and policy changes from existing clients.

Liaise with intermediaries on new quotations and renewals.

Coordinate with policy administration teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Conduct required sanctions and compliance checks.

Check policies, broking slips and related documentation.

Maintain underwriting records, schedules and statistics.

Prepare and analyse monthly reports and business review materials.

Monitor account performance, claims and loss ratios, and support risk control activities.

Assess reinsurance requirements and coordinate where necessary.

Keep updated on market conditions, competition and underwriting trends.
