Fare Compliance: Patrol buses and trams to check that all passengers carry valid tickets, passes, or fare cards.

Penalty Enforcement: Issue penalty fares, fines, or warnings when riders do not have valid proof of payment.

Passenger Assistance: Help people board or exit, offer route information, and assist elderly or disabled riders.

Safety & Order: Monitor passenger behavior, resolve minor disputes, and maintain a safe environment on board.

Service Monitoring: Check if buses and trams run on time and report delays, accidents, or equipment damage to the control center.

Emergency Response: Help manage evacuations, coordinate with drivers, and respond during accidents or emergencies.
