As a CRM and Loyalty Manager (Retail Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation and loyalty.

  • Own the loyalty programme, including programme proposition, tier structure, rewards, member engagement and performance.

  • Drive customer segmentation, omnichannel journeys and personalised engagement to improve retention, repeat purchase, customer lifetime value and loyalty participation.

  • Act as the business owner for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM technologies, overseeing requirements, enhancements, UAT and platform optimisation.

  • Plan and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, including lifecycle automation, segmentation, email, SMS and triggered communications.

  • Monitor customer and loyalty analytics, including membership growth, retention, repeat purchase, CLV, churn, RFM and campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Retail, E-Commerce, IT, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences, data integrity and effective CRM processes.

  • Manage CRM, loyalty and martech partners and vendors, including campaign partnerships, solution implementation, issue resolution and performance delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, customer engagement, marketing operations or martech.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required; exposure to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or enterprise loyalty platforms is preferred.
