As a Operations Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Implement and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Manage and improve day-to-day operations across specialist clinics.
• Integrate workflows and drive operational synergies across clinics.
• Support workforce planning, staff engagement and performance management.
• Monitor clinic performance through financial and operational data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.
• Support the licensing and setup of new clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Drive operational initiatives to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or healthcare operations.
