Eyelash Extension Specialist / Lash Lift Artist

Minimum 1-2 years experience in Beauty related industry (Eyelash Extension, Lash Lift , SHR hair removal , eyebrow services)

Independent and willing to learn

Excellent customer oriented service

Proficient in English and Chinese speaking is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lash Application: Apply eyelash extensions on customers with safe, specialized glue.
• Client Consultations: Analyze eye shape and natural lash condition to recommend the right length, curl, and style.
• Maintenance & Removal: Perform safe re-fills and removals without damaging natural lashes.
• Client Education: Teach clients proper aftercare, such as gentle cleaning and avoiding oil-based products.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Sterilize tools and keep workstations clean according to health and safety standards.
• Salon Support: Manage bookings, track inventory supplies, and promote retail aftercare products.

Requirements

• Certification: Completed training or certification in eyelash extensions or aesthetics.
• Skills: Steady hands, strong attention to detail, and good artistic vision.
• Soft Skills: Friendly customer service and clear communication skills.
• Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
