Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for plastering.

Mix and apply cement, plaster, mortar, and other finishing materials.

Level and smooth surfaces using hand tools and plastering equipment.

Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plastered surfaces.

Apply internal and external plaster finishes.

Check surfaces for proper alignment, level, thickness, and quality.

Work according to construction drawings and site requirements.

Maintain plastering tools and equipment.

Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or site management.
