Sales Operations Executive

• Work Location - Suntec Area
• Working Hours - Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
• Monthly Salary - up to $3700

Job Scope

• Handle daily sales operations for import and export trading activities
• Process purchase orders, sales contracts, and Proforma Invoices (PI)
• Track order status and shipment schedules, and update internal systems
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, LC documents)
• Maintain proper filing of all trade and shipping records
• Act as main contact for customers and suppliers on daily coordination
• Follow up on shipment schedules, issues, claims, and after-sales matters
• Support quotation preparation, basic costing, and sales reporting
• Update sales records, shipment lists, and payment schedules
• Perform ad hoc administrative support for the trading team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales operations, trading, logistics, or shipping
• Basic understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms, Letter of Credit, shipping terms)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
