Business Development cum Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee property development and construction projects from planning and design through to completion and handover.

Manage and oversee property development and construction projects.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers and relevant authorities.

Monitor project progress, budget, quality and construction schedules.

Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements and statutory approvals.

Review design drawings, technical submissions, method statements and construction programmes.

Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline and quality standards.
