About the job

Drive hands-on daily finance operations while playing a key role in system enhancements and workflow automation.

• Execute end-to-end payment processing, vendor disbursements, multi-currency bank reconciliations, and manual collection matching.

• Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline manual workflows, and support finance automation initiatives.

• Oversee aged receivables, manage collection schedules, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly settlement statements and ensure timely, accurate data transfer to central finance.

About the manager/team

Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, you will join a collaborative and agile team. The manager fosters an empowering leadership style that values initiative, autonomy, and practical ideas for process improvement.

Skills and experience required

• At least 5–8 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, AP/AR, or credit control within high-volume environments.

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and formula creation).

• Proven track record or keen interest in finance transformation, system enhancements, and automation.

• Prior background in General Insurance or Financial Services is an advantage.
