Anlian Group Pte. Ltd. — ACRA-registered Corporate Service Provider (FA20200346) and MOM-licensed Employment Agency (EA Licence 20C0327)

Anlian Group is a Singapore-licensed corporate service provider supporting international entrepreneurs and investors who establish and operate businesses in Singapore. Our work spans company incorporation, corporate secretarial and ACRA compliance, work pass applications, accounting, GST and tax filing, and offshore structures in the BVI and Cayman Islands. A substantial portion of our clients are based in Greater China.

The Role

You will own a portfolio of corporate clients end to end: keeping their statutory records current, filing on time with ACRA and IRAS, and moving transactional matters to completion without supervision. This is a hands-on execution role in a high-volume environment. You will not be managing a team; you will be delivering the work.

We are a small, systems-driven team. Everything we do runs through a structured compliance calendar and a Zoho CRM workflow — deadlines are tracked, tasks are assigned, and nothing is held in someone's head.

We also work with AI as a standard part of daily delivery, not as an experiment. Our team uses Claude to draft client correspondence and resolutions, review and summarise corporate documents, cross-check filings against source records, and automate repetitive case handling. The person in this role is expected to work this way from day one.

What You Will Do

Corporate secretarial and compliance (about 80%)

  • Handle incorporations through BizFile+, including constitutions, share certificates and statutory registers such as the Register of Registrable Controllers and the Register of Nominee Directors
  • Prepare directors' and shareholders' resolutions, notices and minutes, and file Annual Returns, AGM documentation and all change-of-particulars lodgements
  • Process share transfers and allotments, including IRAS e-Stamping, as well as changes of officers, registered address, financial year end and SSIC, and striking-off applications
  • Manage a compliance calendar across your portfolio — FYE, AGM, Annual Return, ECI, corporate income tax and GST deadlines — and make sure every filing goes in before its statutory due date
  • Manage corporate secretarial transfers in and out, and carry out KYC and customer due diligence under ACRA's CSP obligations

Work passes (about 20%)

  • Prepare and submit Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant's Pass and related MOM applications, including COMPASS assessments, and track renewal deadlines
  • Support the advisory team on Permanent Residence and Global Investor Programme cases

Clients and systems

  • Draft client correspondence, engagement documentation and service orders, and keep all client, case and billing records accurate and current in Zoho CRM
  • Liaise directly with clients, ACRA, IRAS, MOM and overseas agents, and follow matters through to closure rather than escalating them

What We Are Looking For

  • Practical, demonstrable fluency with Claude (essential). You already use it in your actual work — drafting, document review, summarising, checking your own output — and you can explain how it has changed the way you work. This is a core requirement of the role, not a nice-to-have.
  • Confident use of AI tools more broadly, with the judgement to know what must still be verified against the source document. We expect AI to make you faster; we also expect you to catch what it gets wrong.
  • Strong CRM discipline. Hands-on experience working daily in a CRM — Zoho preferred — maintaining records, managing pipelines and working within defined workflows. You treat the system as the source of truth, not as paperwork to be done later.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Singapore corporate secretarial experience in a CSP, law firm or professional services environment, with direct BizFile+ filing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to carry a portfolio of 40 or more live companies at the same time without missed deadlines
  • Working knowledge of the Companies Act 1967, ACRA filing requirements, and the ECI, corporate income tax and GST filing cycles
  • Accuracy under volume: a track record of producing filing-ready documents that are right the first time, and a clear method for checking your own work
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken — required to serve our Mandarin-speaking clients and to review Chinese-language corporate documents

Advantageous

  • Experience preparing work pass applications on MOM's online portals
  • Registered Employment Agency Personnel (CEI), or willingness to obtain it
  • CSIS or CGI qualification, completed or in progress

What Will Make You Successful Here

  • You close what you open. A matter you start does not sit half-finished.
  • You tell us early when something is going to be late, rather than after it is.
  • You tell a client the answer is no when it is no.
  • You are comfortable being measured on turnaround time and filing accuracy.

What We Offer

  • Monthly salary of S$4,000 to S$5,500, depending on experience, reviewed annually
  • At least 14 days of annual leave, plus medical and dental benefits
  • Direct exposure to cross-border work spanning Singapore, China, Malaysia, the BVI and the Cayman Islands
  • A defined compliance system rather than ad hoc firefighting
  • Support for professional certification
  • Office at High Street Centre, a short walk from Clarke Quay and City Hall MRT
