Our client, a leading International Law Firm, is seeking a high-caliber Legal Secretary to support their prestigious Asset Structure Finance Practice. ​Key Responsibilities

​Transaction Support: Drafting and preparing complex legal documents, including contracts and engrossing letters; managing the end-to-end documentation process for asset finance deals.

​Precision Document Management: High-level proofreading, editing, and red-lining of legal correspondence to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with global legal standards.

​Client Relationship Management: Serving as a professional first point of contact for high-net-worth clients and stakeholders; managing complex inquiries and coordinating high-level meetings.

Comprehensive File Leadership: Managing both physical and electronic case files through the full matter lifecycle, ensuring seamless accessibility and data integrity.

Financial Administration: Overseeing the billing cycle, including drafting bill narratives, managing disbursements, entering partner time-costings, and processing expense claims.

Executive Coordination: Proactively managing diaries, firm seminars, and practice events in collaboration with the Practice Manager and firm leadership.

Requirements:

​Proven Experience: Prior experience within Asset Structure Finance, Aviation, or Maritime law is highly preferred.

​Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with specific expertise in red-lining and formatting complex corporate documentation.

​Discretion: A proven track record of handling strictly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.

​Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and "own" the partner’s calendar.

​Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills, with the professional presence required to engage with Partners and international clients.
