Test Analyst (UAT & Product Testing)

Support product launches and system enhancements by conducting testing, identifying issues, and ensuring smooth implementation between business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products and system enhancements
• Prepare test data, execute test scenarios, and track testing progress
• Identify, log, and follow up on defects or system issues
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to resolve testing issues
• Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines
• Maintain proper documentation and testing records
• Support system configuration and implementation activities
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with training materials
