Job Summary
Support customer engagement, CRM operations, and customer experience initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM activities, customer feedback, and case tracking processes
- Support customer loyalty and ownership programmes
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on service improvement actions
- Coordinate with internal teams on customer feedback and issue resolution
- Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Support data analysis and reporting for customer experience initiatives
- Assist in marketing activities, events, and customer engagement programmes
- Provide administrative and operational support for CRM-related activities
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
