Job Summary

Support customer engagement, CRM operations, and customer experience initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM activities, customer feedback, and case tracking processes
  • Support customer loyalty and ownership programmes
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on service improvement actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams on customer feedback and issue resolution
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Support data analysis and reporting for customer experience initiatives
  • Assist in marketing activities, events, and customer engagement programmes
  • Provide administrative and operational support for CRM-related activities
  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
