Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunity

NAMITEC is a growing Singapore automotive brand looking for a hands-on, reliable and organised E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant to join our small team.

This is a junior role with no specific educational qualification required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable with e-commerce platforms and social media, and happy to take on both online work and hands-on order fulfilment.

You will work closely with the management team and have the opportunity to learn about e-commerce, digital marketing and how a growing brand operates.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Order Fulfilment — Primary

• Pack daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada
• Prepare orders for courier collection / delivery
• Pack local offline reseller orders when required
• Monitor orders and ensure they are processed accurately and on time
• Reply to basic customer enquiries and messages
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback
• Maintain product listings, pricing and promotions

Online order packing is expected to take approximately up to 2 hours per day, depending on sales volume and promotions.

2. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Support

• Help manage and post on NAMITEC's social media accounts
• Schedule and publish content
• Assist with basic Canva designs and content preparation
• Help manage simple Shopee / TikTok advertising campaigns
• Assist with online promotions and campaigns
• Coordinate with affiliates and content creators
• Track basic e-commerce and marketing results

Marketing strategy and direction will be provided by management. Your role is to help execute and keep the activities moving consistently.

3. General Support

• Organise marketing materials and product samples
• Assist with stock and inventory checks
• Assist with simple research and administrative tasks
• Support other day-to-day activities as the business grows

You do not need a degree or specific formal qualification.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organised and responsible
• Comfortable using computers and smartphones
• Willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable with both desk work and hands-on work
• Detail-oriented when handling customer orders
• Positive and willing to get things done

• Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada
• Canva
• TikTok / Instagram / Facebook
• Basic video editing
• Social media management
• Online customer service
• E-commerce operations

Experience is not essential — we are happy to train the right person.

Part-Time

Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm

1-hour lunch break

5 working hours per day

The successful candidate must be able to work from our office during these hours.

Full-Time

Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

We are open to discussing either part-time or full-time arrangements depending on the candidate.

Part-Time

S$12.50 per hour

Full-Time

S$2,300–S$2,700 per month

Final salary will depend on experience, skills and responsibilities.

Order packing and e-commerce operations are the primary responsibilities. Applicants should be comfortable doing practical work as well as digital and marketing-related tasks.
