Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

•  Deliver excellent customer service to clients and prospects
•  Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
•  Make outbound calls to potential customers
•  Proactively engage clients and support lead generation
•  Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients and salespersons
•  Maintain accurate records, data integrity, and confidentiality
•  Support the Head of Department in achieving team targets and performance goals
•  Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

•  At least 2–3 years of relevant experience
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•  Able to work independently and as part of a team
•  Positive attitude and open to challenges
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
