  • Create and revise AutoCAD 2D drawings based on project requirements

  • Incorporate site updates and assist with design visualisation

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate drawing submissions

  • Assist in engineering documentation and drawing control

  • Manage distribution and filing of drawings

  • Monitoring and updating of job planning schedule.

  • Assist with Field Service assignment tracking and manpower scheduling.

  • Administration of quotations and purchase orders

  • Assist in preparation of Sales Invoice as per PO definition.

  • Assist to provide support to customers

  • Support to Technical Service Department
