Locum Enrolled Nurse - A&E (3 months/WEST) - FLEXIBLE #HAO

Salary: $25/hr

Duration: 3 months

Working Days & Hours: AM and PM shifts.

Location: Jurong

1. Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, changing, lifting, positioning, ambulation, and transportation of patients.

2. Support the Registered Nurse (RN) in the timely admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.

3. Monitor patients for changes in condition, recognise early signs of clinical deterioration, and promptly notify the RN to facilitate timely intervention.

4. Escalate any abnormal findings, safety concerns, or unusual observations to the RN for further assessment and management.

5. Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing procedures, surgery, or radiological investigations.

6. Assess and prepare patients before, during, and after transfers to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention, and continuity of care.

7. Adhere to infection prevention and control practices and maintain a safe care environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

8. Perform screening duties at the ED Screening Area, including assisting patients with the completion of health declaration forms and providing basic guidance.

9. Assist the Triage Nurse in patient triage, patient monitoring, and patient flow management within the Emergency Department.

10. Assist with orderly-related duties, including patient transportation, safe patient handling, and supporting operational workflows to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

Job Requirements: Min VALID SNB & BCLS w min 1 yr of relevant experience
