Sales & Management Trainee

About The Role

We are looking for driven and coachable individuals to join us as Sales & Management Trainees. This is not a desk-bound admin role.

This is a structured 12-18 month fast-track program designed to groom future Sales Leaders and Business Managers. You will learn the business from the ground up — from front-line sales and client management to team leadership and operations.

What You Will Do

Phase 1: Sales & Business Fundamentals (Month 1-12)

Learn our products, services, and sales methodology through hands-on training

Engage with customers/clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Drive revenue through B2B / B2C sales activities and client relationship management

Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs

Participate in market research and business development initiatives

Phase 2: Leadership & Management (Month 12-18)

Mentor and coach new team members

Lead a small team and assist in daily operations, reporting, and performance management

Learn to manage recruitment, training, and team building

Assist in campaign planning, strategy, and P&L understanding

Represent the company in client meetings and business presentations

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in any field — Fresh graduates are welcome. ITE / A-Level holders with strong sales interest will also be considered

Singaporean / PR or valid work pass

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy talking to people

Positive, resilient, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Sales experience is a bonus, but not required — full training will be provided

Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willing and able to attend to client enquiries outside standard working hours.

No experience in sales? No problem. We value attitude over experience.
