Technical Specialist (Architecture & Civil)

$7,500 – $9,000

Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the technical specialist for Architecture and Civil works for the Jurong Expansion Project.
Review architectural, civil and structural designs, technical submissions and design changes.
Ensure designs meet project, safety, regulatory and operational requirements.
Provide technical support for site planning, building layout, structural design and cleanroom infrastructure.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
Support construction, commissioning, project reviews and technical issue resolution.
Support authority submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations.
Provide technical recommendations to management and support project decisions.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical, data centre or high-tech facilities.
Experience in design review, construction and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of architectural, civil and structural systems.
Familiar with Singapore building regulations and authority approval processes.
Experience with EPC projects and design management.
BIM knowledge (Revit / Navisworks) is an advantage.
Professional Architect or PE registration is an advantage.
