Technical Specialist (HVAC & Mechanical)

$7,500 – $9,000

Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the technical specialist for HVAC and Mechanical systems for the Jurong Expansion Project.
Review HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility designs, technical submissions and design changes.
Provide technical support on HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility systems.
Assess technical, cost, schedule and operational impacts of proposed solutions.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
Support equipment evaluation, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Resolve technical issues and support project decisions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and authority requirements.
Support testing, qualification and handover of mechanical systems.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical, industrial, data centre or high-tech facilities.
Experience in design, construction, commissioning and project handover.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility systems.
Experience with chilled water, cooling water, CDA, process exhaust or related utilities.
Familiar with EPC projects, design management and change management.
BIM knowledge (Revit / Navisworks) is an advantage.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration is an advantage.
