Sales Application Engineer (Steam Traps & Thermal Application)

Must have relevant experience in steam traps and thermal applications

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 hrs

Base Salary: $4,500 – $6,500 / month + Performance Bonus

What You Will Do

• Customer & Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to interpret customer requirements, acting as a trusted consultant to deliver pre-sales and post-sales engineering solutions.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze customer challenges, facilitate technical discussions, and provide workable, cost-saving improvements. Collaborate with the Technical Service Unit to implement these solutions.

• Presentations & Training: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for both internal teams and external customers.

• Project Management: Drive engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and comprehensively documented.

• Supplier & Principal Relations: Act as the technical intermediary between customers and suppliers. Negotiate with principals, coordinate joint customer visits, and source new, reliable products to broaden offerings.

What You Bring

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of steam traps and thermal applications.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively collaborate with the sales team, suppliers, and clients.

• Mobility: A valid driving license is required. Possessing your own vehicle is a strong advantage.
