Temp Patient Service Associate (Bedok/2-4 months) #HZOT

Location: Bedok

Contract: 8 or 16 weeks

Pay: $10.50/hr

Working Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm (8 hrs/day)

• Sat: 8am–12pm (4 hrs)

• 44 hrs/week

• Must be comfortable starting at 7am/7.30am on certain days.

Job Scope

• Provide frontline service to patients

• Register patients and schedule appointments

• Promote digital services and assist with self-service kiosks

• Manage patient flow and handle enquiries

• Perform other ad hoc duties

• Comfortable standing for long periods

• Min N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any fields

• Comfortable with vaccinations/medical checkup
