IT Support Specialist (WMS) - RPAL

Our client is in the Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a IT Support Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting, incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, network and application issues
• Set up and maintain computers, network devices and software, including Windows 11 desktops and laptops
• Provide IT support and basic training to end users
• Manage incidents, tasks and service requests in accordance with agreed service level requirements
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and service renewals
• Provide IT support during annual building power outage and emergency support for data rooms
• Support warehouse IT equipment, including handheld/mobile computers, barcode scanners and printers
• Assist with the setup and support of warehouse systems and related IT equipment

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or technical support
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage
