Work location: Central

Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours

Salary: up to $4500 per month

4 months contract

Job Scope

• Partner with divisions leaders to understand manpower needs and provide practical solutions
• Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach
• Provide support to the coordination of interviews, onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
• Support the development and implementation of workforce and people strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree in any field
• Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement experience
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
