Healthcare Operations Manager - Patient Services & Clinical Operations

We are seeking a driven and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational functions within a fast-paced medical environment while supporting high standards of patient service and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and administrative functions within the department to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Partner closely with clinical leadership on service delivery, manpower planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives
• Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, staffing records, and operational reporting
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and support data-driven decision making
• Ensure proper management of databases, records, confidential information, and compliance processes
• Coordinate inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement activities
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure operational readiness for audits and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and guide operational support staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency
• Participate in process enhancement projects and cross-functional collaborations to improve patient experience and departmental performance

Requirements

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related discipline
• At least 5–10 years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple operational functions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in operational reporting, scheduling systems, and administrative processes
