Assistant Director of Nursing (Dialysis Services)

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations across multiple dialysis centres

• Manage manpower planning, staffing, roster management, and nursing deployment

• Ensure high standards of patient care, nursing practices, and clinical governance

• Oversee quality assurance, infection control, and regulatory compliance

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the nursing team

• Support staff performance management, training, and competency development

• Work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations

• Handle operational escalations, patient feedback, and service improvement initiatives

• Support audits, policy implementation, and accreditation requirements

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across dialysis operations

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration

• Renal / dialysis nursing experience required

• Leadership or supervisory experience in dialysis setting preferred
