Waiter / Sevice Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times

• Greet, seat, and assist guests throughout their dining experience

• Take and process orders accurately (dine‑in, takeaway, delivery handovers)

• Serve food and beverages promptly and safely

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas

• Support daily operational tasks including opening and closing duties

• Handle customer enquiries and provide menu recommendations

• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Prior F&B service experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome

Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset

Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Able to work weekends, evenings, and peak periods
