Job Summary

Support trade engagement strategies and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with key retail partners and drive business growth in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of trade engagement strategies and initiatives

• Plan and execute offline trade marketing activities and engagement programmes

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners for campaign execution

• Develop trade communication materials and marketing collaterals

• Monitor campaign performance and evaluate initiatives against KPIs

• Support budget tracking, reporting, and purchasing administration (PR/PO, vendor coordination)

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders for industry-related initiatives and events

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing or consumer marketing environment
