Enterprise Architect (Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud)

Job Summary

Seeking an Enterprise Architect (Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud) responsible for leading the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments, supporting business growth and digital transformation for BFSI customers.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field;
• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, data center, and hybrid cloud roles;
• Proven experience as Enterprise, Infrastructure, or Solution Architect;
• Knowledge of data center, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, networking, and cloud architectures;
• Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Experience with TOGAF and ITIL frameworks;
• Understanding of BFSI regulatory and security requirements.

Desired Skill-set

• Kubernetes experience;
• Familiarity with container-based environments;
• Exposure to hybrid cloud implementations across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps for infrastructure, platform, and hybrid cloud;
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and BFSI regulatory requirements;
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices;
• Design enterprise on-premise infrastructure including compute, storage, network, virtualization, backup, DR, and HA;
• Ensure performance, resilience, scalability, and security requirements are met;
• Lead modernization of legacy infrastructure;
• Architect hybrid cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP;
• Define migration strategies including rehost, replatform, and refactor;
• Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory and security standards.
