Senior | Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Manager with post-contract administration
• Monitoring compliance, managing variations, liaising with site and commercial teams
• Assist with the close-out of contractual matters after award
• Carry out measurement and cost breakdown activities, such as taking off quantities from drawings and site records
• Prepare detailed cost analyses, tracking actual costs against budgets
• Assist in the evaluation of variations and final accounts.
• Prepare and process payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare work progress, check claims against contract terms, ensuring accuracy of measurements and rates, and coordinating approvals in advance of project planning

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Position is based at project site located in the West
• Shuttle bus will be provided at designated MRT station
• Willing to move betweed site and HQ
• QS with main contractor experience will be an advantage
• Prefer candidates with either Building or LTA | Civil experience
• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm and Sat, 8am – 12pm or 1pm – 5pm
• Must be in Singapore to attend a face-to-face interview
