Location: Bukit Batok/Kent Ridge/Queenstown

Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for inpatients with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, TBI, SCI,)
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans targeting:
o ADLs and IADLs
o Cognitive & perceptual rehabilitation
o Upper limb function and motor recovery
• Apply evidence-based neurorehabilitation approaches (e.g., task-specific training, motor relearning)
• Recommend and prescribe assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team on goal setting and care planning
• Support discharge planning, including caregiver training and home/environmental recommendations
• Monitor and document patient progress using standardised outcome measures

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Occupational Therapy & VALID AHPC w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
