Project Manager

LiT Strategy is a boutique management consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, specializing in strategic advisory and transformation projects for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We help founders and leadership teams solve critical business challenges, strengthen organizational capabilities, and achieve sustainable growth. We are expanding our team and seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact consulting engagements and mentor our growing team of consultants.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of assigned projects
• Support engagement teams to develop business strategies and business plans for existing/new businesses
• Liaise with clients (Up to C-Suite) to identify areas of improvements and provide recommendations for growth
• Present results to the client's management team and implement recommendations in collaboration with the client's team members
• Perform data analysis, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop financial models to quantify the feasibility of recommendations
• Prepare proposals for prospective clients
• Support business development activities — proposal development, pitching, and client relationship management
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering professional growth and team collaboration

Note: Candidates with backgrounds primarily in PMO, automation, or business process consulting may find this role not suitable

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory, preferably within Singapore or the ASEAN region.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects and teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; financial modelling and analysis experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in another ASEAN language is an advantage.
