Job Responsibility

• Coordinate and arrange transshipment cargo movements via Singapore to various international destinations.

• Ensure all transshipment bookings and operational activities are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Liaise and communicate effectively with overseas agents, internal departments, terminals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo movement.

• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve operational issues to minimise service disruptions.

• Prepare and generate operational reports, shipment updates, and management reports as required.

• Maintain accurate documentation, operational records, and filing systems in accordance with company policies.
