Customer Service cum Planning Specialist

An established MNC, which is a global provider of medical technologies, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfilment, from order receipt to invoice, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in SAP
• Provide prompt customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, returns, and shipment updates
• Monitor and analyze backlog, shipments, billing, and inventory reconciliation
• Prepare regular reports (weekly sales/back orders; monthly inventory and purchase orders)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution teams to resolve order issues
• Support inventory planning and optimization, including forecasting, safety stock, and consignment levels
• Act as the key supply chain contact for logistics and planning-related inquiries and escalations

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Order fulfilment; preferably with APAC exposure
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good working knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
