Cybersecurity Governance Specialist / Manager - IT / OT

About the job

• Formulate, enforce, and refresh IT/OT security guidelines, governance structures, and data/AI compliance frameworks.

• Perform system risk assessments, threat analyses, and routine vulnerability scanning with end-to-end remediation tracking.

• Manage security incident response operations, post-event investigations, and tabletop simulation exercises.

• Administer core cybersecurity tools, track KRIs/KPIs, and prepare analytical compliance reports for key stakeholders.

• Champion organization-wide security awareness initiatives and drive assigned technical risk management projects.

Skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of hands-on cybersecurity management experience covering both IT and OT operational environments.

• Solid technical grasp of network/application security standards alongside frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, or IACS UR E26/E27.

• Holding or actively pursuing recognized industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, GCIH, GSEC, AWS, or Azure Security certifications).

• Strong analytical mind, sound professional judgment, and excellent cross-functional project management abilities.
