Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $6,800/month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Working Arrangement

• Office-based, 5-day work week
• May be required to visit project sites when necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of contracts for civil and infrastructure projects
• Prepare tender documents and assist in procurement processes
• Evaluate tender submissions and support contract award processes
• Manage contract matters including payments, claims, and variation orders
• Monitor project budgets, cashflow, and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and organisational procedures

Requirements

• Background in Building, Project & Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Infrastructure or Project Management, or related fields
• Knowledge or experience in contract administration, cost estimation, or project management is advantageous
• Familiarity with standard conditions of contracts in construction or engineering projects is a plus
• Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
