Project Director

LiT Strategy is a boutique management consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, specializing in strategic advisory and transformation projects for Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs). We help founders and leadership teams solve critical business challenges, strengthen organizational capabilities, and achieve sustainable growth. We are expanding our team and seeking a Project Director to lead high-impact consulting engagements and mentor our growing team of consultants.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements with SME clients, managing scope, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
• Engage directly with founders and senior executives to diagnose business issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop actionable business strategies and implementation roadmaps covering areas such as growth, operations, and organization redesign.
• Conduct market and financial analysis to support recommendations and decision-making.
• Present key findings and facilitate workshops or strategy discussions with client leadership teams.
• Support business development activities —proposal development, pitching, and client relationship management.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.

Note: Candidates with backgrounds primarily in PMO, automation, or business process consulting may find this role not suitable.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory, preferably within Singapore or the ASEAN region.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder managements kills, with a proven ability to lead projects and teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; financial modelling and analysis experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in another ASEAN language is an advantage.
