About Company

Our client was established in 2007.It is a private institution that registered to Ministration of Education in Singapore. It has built up a professional, experienced and motivated teaching team. Focus on the Preparation of Exams, and will fully help the students developing their study skills, motivating their potential and maintaining a good learning habit.

- Manage relationships with clients, agents, and internal team members

- Conduct indoor sales by introducing our courses to new and existing clients

- Manage the company's social media accounts, both independently and as part of a team

- Support marketing events and outreach activities (e.g., seminars, talks, presentations)

- Handle student registrations and maintain up-to-date client records in the company's system

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

- At least a Diploma or equivalent

- Proficient in Mandarin language to communicate with Mandarin speaking parents/customers

- Good understanding of Chinese clients' needs and communication style

- Responsive, responsible, and earnest in carrying out duties

- Strong team player who can also work independently

- Willing and able to communicate outside regular working hours when required

- Available to work on weekends

- Patient, with a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people

- Eager to learn and receptive to feedback

- Plus point: Experience in managing social media platforms such as, but not limited to: XiaoHongShu, WeChat Official Account / Channel, Douyin / TikTok, Instagram, etc.

- Good-to-have: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and/or photo/video editing tools

Compensation

- Working location: Near Bugis and Rochor MRT stations

- 44 working hours per week with 1.5 days off

- Weekend work is required; days off are scheduled on weekdays and are fixed (face to face discussion)

- Monday to Friday: 10.30am to 7.00pm (with lunch break included) / half day: 1.00pm to 6.30pm

- Sat and Sun: 9.30am – 6.30pm (with lunch break included)

- Not working on Public holidays

- Year-end bonus
