Total Rewards & Payroll Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards & Payroll Senior Manager to lead global payroll operations while driving the development of competitive compensation and benefits strategies on a global scale. This role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency, while supporting business priorities through strong governance and operational excellence.

You will oversee end-to-end global payroll delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with local statutory and tax requirements. Partnering closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you will manage payroll queries and escalations, lead audits, and continuously enhance processes through automation and efficiency improvements.

At the same time, you will shape and implement compensation frameworks that are aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity. This includes leading annual salary and bonus cycles, maintaining job grading structures, conducting market benchmarking, and advising business leaders on compensation-related decisions.

You will also be responsible for managing global and regional benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with local regulations. This involves working closely with brokers and providers, assessing program effectiveness, and driving harmonization initiatives where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in total rewards and payroll, with regional or multi-country exposure. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors.
