Senior Exec, Project Management [CCP for ICT Professionals (Strategy and Governance)]

Synopsis

Superminted is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to manage digital, technology and AI-enabled projects alongside client campaigns. This role is client-facing and delivery-driven. It involves owning project scope, timelines, budgets and resources, running Agile/Scrum practices across teams, and working with clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver on time and to requirements.

What You'll Do

• Manage digital and technology projects end-to-end, including AI-enabled workflow tools, websites and digital campaigns, from scoping and requirements gathering to delivery.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and coach teams in Agile ways of working.
• Plan and track project timelines, budgets, deliverables and resourcing across creative, strategy, content, production and technology teams.
• Gather and document client and business requirements, and map them to workflows and delivery plans.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, vendors and internal teams, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and changing requirements, and manage change with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Prepare vendor agreements and monitor vendor and supplier delivery.
• Build project dashboards and reports, using delivery data to track performance and improve processes.
• Stay across emerging tools and technologies that could improve how projects are delivered.
• Continuously improve project workflows, resource utilisation and delivery processes.

What You'll Bring

• Several years' working experience in client servicing, account management, operations, production, coordination or a related role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, accountable attitude.
• Interest in technology, digital products and Agile ways of working. No prior formal project management or Scrum experience required.
