Integration Lead - Middleware

This role is 12 months renewable contract with our reputed MNC Client.

Responsibilities

Seeking an Integration Lead with 10+ years of consulting and delivery experience in enterprise integration. Strong background in API Gateway, Middleware, and MQ, with proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects end‑to‑end.
• Design and implement API/Middleware/MQ solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and client communication.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Write proposals for RFP

Skills/Requirement

• 10+ years in consulting/integration leadership.
• Expertise in API Gateway, Middleware (Boomi or Tibco), MQ (IBM MQ, Kafka).
• Project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
