Working Hours

  • Weekdays: 7.00AM–7.00PM (8 hours/day according to roster)
  • Saturdays: 7.00AM–1.30PM (4 hours according to roster)
  • Must be comfortable starting as early as 7.00AM on some days

Job Responsibilities

  • Register and assist patients.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate specialist referrals.
  • Handle payments and patient enquiries.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate when required.
  • Provide good customer service to patients.
  • Assist at the health monitoring station, including taking patients’ height, weight and blood pressure.
  • Min N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any fields
  • Must be comfortable with vaccinations/medical checkup
