Job Summary
A key administrative role supporting senior management through efficient office operations, accounting coordination, and business logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting documentation including payment processing, expense calculations, disbursement preparation via the accounting system, and accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, airport transfers, and visa documentation in line with meeting schedules.
- Receive and support guests, including arranging business lunches, dinners, and related hospitality logistics.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for internal and external business functions and events, including regional meetings.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, restaurants, and office meeting rooms as required.
- Manage department assets and office miscellaneous items
- Maintain an organized administrative documentation system, including confidential and important records.
- Perform additional administrative and logistics tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting systems such as SAP.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or business-level speaking, reading, and writing) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
