Working Hours: 11:00am–7:00pm / 12:00pm–8:00pm / 12:30pm–9:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for presentable and customer-oriented Retail Promoters to represent a premium beauty and wellness brand at Isetan Orchard. The role focuses on customer engagement, product recommendations and sales, with opportunities to earn additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend suitable beauty/wellness products based on customers’ needs.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide product education and engaging customer service.
• Build rapport with customers and support a positive brand experience.
• Arrange and replenish product stock at the counter.
• Maintain a neat and professional retail display.

Requirements

• Relevant retail / sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Presentable, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Sales experience is more important than therapy experience; beauty/wellness or therapy background is an advantage.
• Able to commit to a full-time permanent position and retail working hours.
